Psychotherapist and Social Worker

“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.” - Carl Jung

For me, this quote holds more than meaning - it holds memory. It reflects years of personal excavation, moments of deep reflection and vulnerability, and quiet transformation.

Before clinical training, I moved through roles in the arts, media, education, and corporate communications - each chapter offering insight, but always circling a deeper calling I hadn’t yet named. Beneath it all was a longing: not just to understand others, but to understand myself.

Through therapy, cultivating mindfulness, and personal healing, I’ve come to believe that real transformation and contentment doesn’t come from striving for perfection. It comes from meeting ourselves honestly - with curiosity, courage, and compassion.

I’m a U.S. and UK trained psychotherapist and licensed master social worker (LMSW), now living in London and providing online psychotherapy to both New York–based and UK–based clients. I offer individual psychotherapy to adults struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and those seeking deeper meaning or connection in their lives. My clinical training in the U.S. provided formal psychotherapy education, supervised clinical hours, and extensive therapeutic experience - elements that distinguish my approach from traditional UK social work credentials.

I hold a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from The Ohio State University and a Postgraduate Certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) from the University of Oxford. I also have a Master’s Degree in Media and Communications from The London School of Economics and Political Science and Bachelor’s in Performing Arts from UCLA. These academic foundations, along with lived experience and ongoing inner work, inform the way I practice therapy—with depth, presence, and care.

As a therapist, I work integratively—drawing from CBT, psychodynamic theory, humanistic psychology, and mindfulness-based approaches. I believe the relationship we build is central to the healing process. Together, we create a space rooted in trust and transparency, where we can explore what brings you in; what matters, what hurts, what brings you joy, and where you’re wanting to grow.

You are not broken—you are becoming.

If you’re seeking a therapeutic space that welcomes your full humanity and supports real, lasting change, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
